Hi I’m Bharati and I am the founder of Bharati property Wealth where I talk, walk, dance property  to be specific investment property.

  • Moved to Australia as an international student to study accounting. Worked in retail and restaurants to support university fees and gain experience.
2018

Graduated in accounting but faced challenges in securing a job.

2019

Moved to Albury, a regional town, and secured a full-time accounting job in public practice.

July 2021

Bought the first home with my wife after 25 offers, during Covid as market was super hot .

2021-2022

Assisted family and friends from Sydney and Melbourne in purchasing five investment properties in Albury without them even catching any flight or driving down to Albury.

Early 2022

Acquired a solid brick home in Adelaide with granny flat potential.

Mid-2023

Purchased another property in Albury, a 3-bed, 2-bath, 2-garage brick home.

Early 2023

Bought a property with a partner in WA, featuring 3 beds, 2 baths, 1 garage, and granny flat potential.

July 2023

Acquired another resideental property for our growing family.

October 2023

Built a granny flat at the Adelaide property, increased rental yield.

January 2024

Completed cosmetic renovations on the Albury property again increaesed the rental yeild.

Actively now developing land in regional Queensland and unit block projects in Albury, NSW.
